I’m a folk magic practitioner with a focus in Scottish witchcraft and folk magic; which itself is a unique combination of Scottish and Scandinavian influences. As I live in the new world I also incorporate local traditions of ethnobotany and spirit work into my practice. I have a strong love for folklore, history, and anthropology. I am an artist, a writer, a gardener, a mead maker, a charm maker, a healer, a diviner, and the owner of three mischevious black cats.
I live on a mountain in the rainforest that is Southwestern British Columbia. Here the Rain Gods dwell, the bloodthirsty spirits of the rivers and lakes still claim their yearly sacrifices, and the shamans were practicing their ancient art only a half century ago… The earth pulses here in a land where the spirits and magic still thrive and the forest never stops trying to take back the pavement. I run Forest Grove Botanica from my home in the forest and my hubby Mojo runs The Wigglian Way Pagan podcast.
